Not until after I graduate and have a mortgage, probably. She only let me go to New York in 2005 because I practically forced her to by saying Rachel had already booked tickets for the whole robotics team, including me, so I "had" to go.
I got home and found out she'd been worrying herself sick in my absence, despite my telling her NOT to worry when I left for the airport. I encouraged her to enjoy the freedom while I wasn't around to make a nuisance of myself, I told her I'd be having fun, I told her to not worry and that I loved her.
It didn't make any difference. She still couldn't stop herself from worrying. I don't know if I could put her through that again.
