That's the thing! I stir it constantly, and it still turns into a lake of milk with chocolate mud floating on the top. XP Maybe I just need to give up on making it in the microwave at work and stick to a saucepan on the hob at home...
Uh, yeah. I don't think I'd even consider trying to nuke my hot choc. (Mind you, I usually stay at the level of the kind of powder that you pour hot water over.)
It's all I've got to work with. I've got a mug, a spoon and a microwave, that's it; I've tried putting the poweder in then adding the milk a bit at a time, and all I got was layered sludge. XP
Mix first, heat after - I haven't got another container to heat the milk seperately before mixing it in the mug, since I don't want to chance the milk carton in the microwave.
